Discrete Shipping

We recognize that some may find the Thirsty Goose indicative of a discrete condition or issue. In order to ensure the comfort of our customers, products are sent in discrete packaging.

The packaging consists of black, bubble mailers or unbranded cardboard packaging.

US Domestic Shipping Policy

Wazz provides free shipping within contiguous USA.  Most orders will be processed within 24 hours and may arrive within 2 to 10 days of your order confirmation. 

International Shipping Policy

Please alow up to 30 days for international shipping

Our average international shipping time is 22 days - this is not a guarantee that you will recieve your product within this time, it is simply a average for your information. 

Customers will have to pay for customs and import costs, this is calculated at checkout.

Returns

General

30 Day Return

We will not issue a refund before we receive images of the product so we can verify the condition and chief complaints are legitimate.

Wazz cant accept returns from any used product.
If you have received a defective product please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at wazz@wazz.co with details of the defect. Any claim must be made before 30 days from receival of the product. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for damaged or faulty items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product meets the above requirements Wazz will provide free shipping for returns, a partial or whole refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at wazz@wazz.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will not return or refund claims of:

Claims stating the internal volume is inadequate for one use - The Thirsty Goose holds 1.3L or 43.9 oz. The average operational human bladder will hold up to 1L or 33oz at its upper extremes.

Return request due to a change of mind post purchase, unwanted gift or other similar request. - Wazz inc may create a return slip and email to customer. The customer will pay for the cost of return shipping and the money captured during the purchase of the product will be released back to the customer upon the products arrival to the warehouse. If both parties agree, instead of refunding the full amount. We will refund the amount paid less the cost of return shipping. This way we can produce the return label and issue your refund immediately. Be advised shipping within the USA will cost between $14-$17 USD.

Further to the above paragraph, if the product is to be accepted as a return it must be unopened and in its original packaging. This helps us to ensure that each customer receives a sanitary, sterile item.
